What Warranty are You being offered ?

or Even a Life time Warranty are being offered by Other Companies.
The latest trick is to offer a warranty that sounds really good, like 10 years or Life time, but they DO NOT include the call out fee or labour. Unless you pay them the call out fee, those parts under warranty wont get repaired or swapped.

OUR WARRANTY INCLUDES ALL PARTS and LABOUR.
Another Trick is that they tell you that their slats and tracks are German made. This is an outright lie.
An example of this is the Branding @@@@, its all chinese not German. Is this the business you want to install your roller shutters, I think not!

All our Slats, Tracks, Bottom Rail and Boxes are Australian Made.

Here is some helpful tips when comparing quotes.

1. If they only have a mobile number, they are a back yarder. Its too easy to disconnect a mobile number and dissapear .
2. Ask to see their factory, this weeds out the 3rd Party sellers and back yarders.
3. Make sure they are a registered Business and have an ABN Number.
4. Make sure you get a written quote, not just a price on the back of a business card.
5. Never be fooled into (this is a today only price). If they are a reputable business, their offer will be held for at least 30 days.
6. Any sales person that takes 1.5 hours or more to do a presentation on roller shutters, is trying to wear you down to make a sale.
7. Get any promises in writing. Sales people will say anything to get your money.
8. Beware of the companies advertising on TV, nothing is for free.

Remember You have a 10 Day Cooling off period (LAW) with any company, dont be frightened to use it if you feel your being ripped off by the other companies.
